Terms

The name in these pages is LIVA LIVE. A personal name is not published. The official email is info@nonolive.com.tr. WhatsApp line: 0546 532 19 13. Tax office, tax number, address and MERSİS are shown on the company page after they are added.

1. The service

LIVA LIVE provides live video, audio rooms, gifts, VIP and virtual tokens. Using the app or the site means you accept these terms. The service is provided as available. An interruption caused by a connection, a device or a third-party network is not separately promised.

2. Account

You keep the account details accurate and you do not hand the account to someone else. LIVA LIVE may close a room and limit an account after illegal use, fraud or a breach of these terms.

3. Tokens and PayPal

A token is not cash. A purchase on this site is taken by PayPal for the package you select. After PayPal completes the payment, the tokens in that package are added to the user number you entered. A wrong user number can credit the wrong account. A correction is reviewed after you email the payment record and the right number.

The same PayPal order does not add tokens twice. If a payment is cancelled or reversed, the related tokens can be removed from the balance. Tokens cannot be cashed out by transferring them.

4. Room rules

Illegal content, broadcasting another person without permission, hate, fraud, attempts to break the service, and content aimed at children are not allowed. The host is responsible for the room. LIVA LIVE may close those rooms without a separate notice.

5. Intellectual property

The LIVA LIVE name, mark and the layout of this site belong to LIVA LIVE. Content a user places in a room stays the user’s. The user gives LIVA LIVE a technical permission to carry that content inside the room.

6. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, LIVA LIVE is not liable for a user’s broadcast, for what other people say, or for loss that comes from the user’s own device. The service does not offer cash betting or a cash prize.

7. Changes

These terms apply when they are published on the site. Continuing to use the service accepts the current text.

8. Age and account

The service is not directed at children. The person who opens an account accepts that they use it for themselves and that they may show the picture and sound they put in a room. An action taken from someone else’s account is recorded against that account.

9. Price and reversal

A token package is sold at the Turkish lira price shown on the site. PayPal collects the US dollar equivalent. After PayPal approves the payment, the tokens are added to the user number that was entered. The same order id does not add tokens twice. If PayPal reverses the payment, the related tokens can be removed from the balance. A request about an unused balance is reviewed by email with the order id and the user number. Tokens are not cashed out.

10. These terms

These terms are written for the LIVA LIVE service offered in Turkey. If one sentence cannot be applied, the others stay in force. Notices are sent through the email on this page.
